Many of our products come customized making them extra special. To ensure the correct personalization, please double check any names, dates, messages, or other details ahead of ordering. If you forget to add your customization, we will always do our best to reach out to you. However, if we are unable to reach you in time to send out your order, we will simply leave the customization blank.
POP Studio sells a wide range of items and is not responsible for the proper use of these products. Adults should always supervise children with small toys or crafts.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Order Processing & Shipping
Our processing times vary by product, but you can expect orders to ship out in 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include ship times, so if you need a faster delivery, we recommend upgrading to priority shipment when checking out.
We ship via USPS to the US and select other territories. Tracking information is sent once products are shipped. If you have any issues with delivery, please let us know. To file a missing package, go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
